Membership was originally restricted to those who had served in Canada’s Armed Forces and Merchant Navy. It was incorporated to present a strong voice for veterans.

While continuing to advocate for those who have served, the Legion has gradually evolved into a true community service organization with a much broader agenda. However, as the years take their toll of past veterans, new members are needed to continue providing current services.

Today, anyone may join. Yearly membership averages $60 and provides you with an opportunity to help your community.

Membership also includes a subscription to the Legion Magazine In addition, the Legion Card grants you access to any Legion world wide.
